Responsibilities:
- Acquire Contractors based on monthly goals
- Execute day-to-day customer service, customer acquisition, sales/marketing campaign management
- Build relationships with Contractorthrough service excellence
- Assist Contractorwith finding the Trade worker that best fits their needs
- Exceed customer expectations and always be polite and courteous
- Internal support of the recruiting efforts of qualified trade workers.
- Relevant experience in a leadership role
- Ability to learn all Workerbridge services and be able to effectively communicate to prospects and customers
- Learn the functionality and manage the Workerbridge databases
- Develop and manage leads and customers in a customer relationship management system
- Ability and interest in developing customer partnerships
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize sales activity
- Project management skills and the ability to work internally to manage contractor/trade worker symbiotic needs.
- Establish and maintaining relationships with contractors in the markets assigned through calling, email, and site visits.
- Recruit and oversee additional contractor specialists as the company grows in Illinois and in new markets.

Skills Required
- Bend and install rigid conduit
- Set up and pull wire and cable
- Terminate power, control, and instrumentation wire and cable
- Install electrical gear, equipment, and devices
- Install and troubleshoot PLC’s
- Install and troubleshoot AC and DC Drives
- Single and Three Phase motors and motor control systems
- Solid/stable/proven experience in electrical field
- Read/comprehend tape measure, blue prints, schematics, technical drawings, work orders, instructions, formulas and processing charts
- Must have knowledge of the NEC (National Electrical Code) and OSHA safety standards
- Stand, walk, sit, kneel, and walk up/down stairs on regular basis; climb up and down ladders up to 35 feet high repeatedly on a shift
- Work from various heights via platforms, scaffolds, ladders or man-lifts
- Bend and stretch, lift and move heavy objects many times across a shift
- Operate, maintain, and work in close proximity to various power equipment, including, but not limited to, forklifts, man-lifts, excavators, drills, saws, hydraulic tools and automatic machinery
- Must be safety conscious

Site helper able to lift heavy weight and at times operate small equipment. Will have some carpenter skills for framing forms. Asked to build scaffolding and upload materials and equipment. Work in an industrial production facility that requires safe work practices. Must be able to operate a forklift.

Seeking an Electrical Construction & Maintenance Instructor to teach courses in electrical construction and maintenance (residential).
Course content includes electrical characteristics, components, solid-state devices, circuits and systems, AC theory and application, electrical drawings and symbols, schematic and wiring diagrams, NEC code and electrical test equipment and safety. The Electrical Construction & Maintenance Instructor position is available for day instruction, evening instruction or both (day and evening instruction amounts to full-time hours). The required hours for day instruction are Mondays through Thursdays, 8:00 am – 12:30 pm; evening instruction hours are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 pm – 10:30 pm.
Electrical Instructor Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an approved syllabus and daily lesson plan outlining course content and learning objectives
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques to accommodate the learning styles of a diverse student body
- Administer and grade quizzes, tests and exams
- Actively work to maintain a high level of student enrollment by maintaining accurate daily attendance records, calling absent students, and communicating attendance concerns to the Director of Education and/or Campus Director
- Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of three years proven experience in the electrical field.
- Possession of industry certifications.
- Previous teaching or training experience desired.
Seeking an Adjunct Instructor to teach heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) courses.
Course content will cover commercial controls and applications, gas heating, air conditioning, sheet metal, and troubleshooting. The HVAC Instructor position is available for day instruction, evening instruction or both (day and evening instruction amounts to full-time hours). The required hours for day instruction are Mondays through Thursdays, 8:00 am – 12:30 pm; evening instruction hours are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 pm – 10:30 pm.
