Carpenter

Skilled craftsmen specializing in framing of buildings with wood or metal studs and finishing with molding and trim. Carpenters are expected to know how to use pneumatic nail guns safely.

Concrete

Formsetters, Finishers, and Laborers. Concrete Foreman take flat work pour from prep to completion. Finishers finish edges, pipes, drains and other obstacles in flatwork pours. Laborers Install forms, rebar, and wire mesh in preparation for placing concrete and grout.

Electrical

Experienced in building power distribution systems. Forman manage project from building service to lighting systems. Electricians are skilled in the installation of rigid conduit, termination of 480 volt wiring, and troubleshooting of electric and control systems.

Equipment Operators

Responsible for equipment up-keep, non-mechanical maintenance, and safe operation. Operates light and heavy equipment including; backhoes, breaker, dump truck, tractor, and specialized heavy equipment. May require a CDL.

HVAC

HVAC Technicians specialize in the installation and maintenance of heating and cooling system for multiple building types. Trained to troubleshoot system operations including line voltage and control wiring.

Landscape

Landscape Specialist install paver patios, walkways, natural stone retaining walls, plant material and water features. Often install and maintain residential and commercial lawns. Skilled in operating light equipment including backhoes, and skid-steer loaders.

Labor

Site helper able to lift heavy weight and at times operate small equipment. Will have some carpenter skills for framing forms. Asked to build scaffolding and unload materials and equipment.

Painter

Start and complete all phases of residential, commercial, and industrial painting from new construction to repaints, interior and exterior, including millwork and doors. Liquid mixing, spraying, texturing, and powder coatingd unloading, packing/hauling job materials, etc.

Pipe Fitter

Install all types of piping that can be associated with the installation of HVAC systems, gas, and air. Read plans and assemble pipe accordingly. Install all classification of pipe including black iron, copper, PVC, etc. Proficient in brazing, threading, welding and grooving pipe. Have welding certificates.

Plumber

Install systems used to transport water, waste, gases, or liquids. Read blueprints and drawings. Determine water supply networks and waste drainage systems. Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment. Assemble and install valves and fittings. Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing and welding equipment. Install sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, air conditioners, appliances, and trim. Test pipe systems and fix leaks.

Sprinkler

Responsible for providing service, testing, and installation of fire sprinkler systems, fire pumps, and associated equipment. Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, soldering, brazing and welding equipment. Test pipe systems and fix leaks.

Steel

Build and install iron or steel girders, columns, and other construction materials. Cut, position, and bolt down steel bars to reinforce concrete. Make, weld, and cut structural metal in fabricating shops. Erect steel frames.

Carpet and Tile

Experience with Stretch Carpet, Carpet Tiles, Glue down, LVT, LVP, Laminate, Sheet vinyl, Ceramic Tile, and additional commercial products is needed.

Welder

Interpret welding symbols and welding details from plans. Weld test certifications. Weld on steel, aluminum and other metals with industry standard welders. Some assembly and read blueprints/schematics. Use various hammers, fit up bar, grinders, chipping hammers, magnetic drills and cutting tools.

Roofing

Knowledge of roofing products, applications, and installations requirements in commercial, industrial, and residential roofing and repair. Duties include trash removal, job/truck clean up, truck loading and unloading, packing/hauling job materials, etc.

Summer Helpers

Available for up to 3 months of full time and part time employment to help on construction sites. Work includes light and heavy lifting, trash removal, clean-up, truck loading and unloading, unpacking and assembly of construction related materials, painting, light carpentry, entry level assistance with various trade workers.
